House Rules 

You are staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.  Please respect our neighbor’s privacy and peaceful rights.  Our beach extends straight out from our yard.  Please enjoy our beach, but remember it is private property on either side of us.  

This home is an ideal retreat for small families or for couples get aways.  6 guest maximum. 

Checking in and out 

• We are in the Central Standard or Daylight Time Zone 

• Check In:  4:00 PM-12:00 AM 

• Check Out:  Before 10 AM 

• Self Check In with Lock Box 

During your stay 

• 6 Guests Maximum 

• No Pets 

• No Smoking 

• No Parties, Loud Noise, or Events 

• No Illegal Activity  

• Quiet Hours 10 PM – 8 AM 

Before you leave 

• Put sheets, pillowcases and towels in a laundry basket near the foot of each bed 

• Put dishes in dishwasher and start it up 

• Take trash out (large container is for trash, smaller one is for recycling) 

• Lock up and return key to key box 

All guests must be listed on the booking.  A signed rental agreement will be required after booking.  Signers are expected to ensure all guests understand and abide by the rules.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Minimum of 30% to book reservation more than 30 days in advance.  Full balance is due 30 days in advance. 

100% to book reservation less than 31 days in advance 

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours 

70% of total rental amount (amount will depend on whether more than 30% has been paid by that time or not) refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.   

No refund if cancelled 30 days or less in advance, however we are happy to credit the amount to a future stay in the same calendar year subject to availability
